WHY NAVIX?

For more than 20 years, NAVIX has partnered with hospitals and physician practices to create high-performing, quality vascular diagnostic programs. The results achieved through this collaboration are earlier and more accurate diagnosis and treatment of vascular disease improving outcomes financially and clinically.

PHYSICIAN TRAINING IN VASCULAR ULTRASOUND INTERPRETATION

NAVIX offers physician education in the interpretation of noninvasive vascular testing. Taught by nationally recognized experts in vascular ultrasound, NAVIX’s Vascular Ultrasound Interpretation Preceptorship provides the best physician education on the interpretation of vascular studies and case analysis. Physicians will gain experience in reading a broad array of cases including carotid duplex ultrasound, transcranial Doppler, peripheral arterial physiologic testing, peripheral arterial duplex ultrasound, venous duplex ultrasound and visceral vascular duplex ultrasound. Participants gain interpretation experience for up to 500 vascular ultrasound examinations presenting with diverse pathologies seen in a dedicated noninvasive vascular diagnostic laboratory.

Many fellowships programs and group practices have chosen NAVIX’s Vascular Ultrasound Interpretation Preceptorship to provide their physicians with the didactic instruction, hands-on interpretation, and preparation they need for reading vascular cases and obtaining their RPVI credential.

Just wanted to drop a note regarding the recent NAVIX course done for our physicians. We are a large practice with over 40 physicians. When we wanted to bring in an organization with the experience, expertise, and flexibility to work with the myriad of schedules we had to coordinate, we knew NAVIX was the right choice. They not only worked with us to get the training sessions scheduled on dates and times that would work, they knocked it out of the park with the quality of the program. Several of our physicians have raved about the course and felt the content was invaluable. We highly recommend the NAVIX RPVI Course.

Khanh Q. Nguyen, DO, RPVI

Corporate Medical Officer, Center for Vein Restoration

NAVIX's Vascular Ultrasound Interpretation course was amazing! The sessions were very well structured and Tish did a great job delivering the required knowledge across a group of physicians with different interests and backgrounds. I feel much more comfortable and confident with taking the RPVI exam as well as interpreting vascular studies in my clinical practice. I would highly recommend this course for any physician with interest in vascular ultrasound.

Dr. Ramesh Gowda

Director of Endovascular Interventions, Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital

Tish is a spectacular teacher and has great integrity that she combines with her passion for the art and science of ultrasound technology. Taking a course from her felt like taking a golf lesson from Jack Nicklaus.

Dr. Bruce Ruben

I did want to take the time to specifically credit Dr. Rodriguez-Wong for doing such an amazing job in teaching in this course. She is a wonderful asset to your program as she is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the subject matter and takes the time to provide excellent didactic lectures. I will definitely recommend this course to other fellows and colleagues that are interested in learning vascular ultrasound and taking the RPVI boards in the future.

Dr. Amrish Malhi

Interventional Cardiology Fellow, Lenox Hill Hospital

On behalf of our team, I would like to thank the Navix Team for the excellent vascular ultrasound training. Gillian did a great job coordinating the logistics of our training and our instructor, Tish, was outstanding. We learned a lot and feel far better equipped to move forward with our project. We appreciate your working with our knowledge base and helping us learn so many of the finer points of the procedure.
