Navix partners with hospitals and physicians to offer risk-focused screenings for stroke and vascular disease in their communities. Our stroke and vascular screening program is one of the only ICAVL accredited programs in the United States. Our stroke and vascular screenings are simple, painless 30-minute exams which consist of:
- Ankle-brachial index
- Carotid ultrasound
- Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm ultrasound
People 50 years or older and who have at least one of the following conditions should attend.
History of:
- Coronary Artery Disease
- Diabetes
- High Blood Pressure
- High Cholesterol
- Current or previous smoker
- Hyperlipidemia or Hypercholesterolemia
Or Family History of:
- Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms
- Stroke
- Peripheral Artery Disease
- Coronary Artery Disease
