What We’re Looking for
We are currently seeking a Marketing Communications and Operations Specialist for our full time position.
The Marketing Communications and Operations Specialist will lead marketing efforts, manage technology, and oversee communication strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness in marketing activities. This role involves close collaboration with the Chief Operations Officer to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing critical insights through data analysis, and maintaining the overall health of the marketing technology stack. The ideal candidate will be an independent, self-motivated, organized, and technology-savvy professional with experience in marketing communication, healthcare marketing, and managing technology such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Jotform, web design, social media tools, and WordPress.

Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience in healthcare marketing.
•Experience in using content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work independently and collaboratively.
•Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
Key Skills:
•Strong technical skills and experience with marketing technologies.
•Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
•Analytical mindset for data analysis and reporting.
•Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
•Experience in marketing and social media platforms.
Preferred Skills:
•Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools.
•Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM systems), HubSpot and Jotform.
•Proficiency in WordPress for website content management.
