Human Resources Summer Intern – Summer 2025

Reports to: HR & Recruiting Manager

Are you a rising college senior interested in building a career in Human Resources?

At NAVIX Diagnostix, you’ll work side-by-side with our HR & Recruiting Manager—an experienced professional who oversees everything from recruiting and onboarding to compliance, benefits, credentialing, and employee relations. As our Human Resources Summer Intern, you’ll gain real-world exposure to the full spectrum of HR and talent acquisition responsibilities within a fast-paced, multi-state healthcare organization.

This hands-on internship is designed to offer meaningful learning, practical skills, and insight into what it takes to manage HR operations in a dynamic, people-centered environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, resume databases, and other recruiting platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, LinkedIn, and Indeed

• Help coordinate job postings and schedule interviews

• Support onboarding of new hires by preparing materials and organizing welcome communication

• Assist with maintaining and updating employee records and HRIS data

• Support the credentialing and vetting process for employees assigned to client healthcare sites

• Track and support compliance documentation related to HR across multiple states

• Contribute to employee engagement and internal communications

• Research HR best practices to support department initiatives

• Participate in weekly check-ins and planning sessions with the HR & Recruiting Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Rising college senior pursuing a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a hands-on, one-on-one mentoring environment

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; interest in ADP Workforce Now or recruiting platforms is a plus
