What We’re Looking for

We are currently hiring a Regional Clinical and Operations Manager (Ultrasound) to support client locations throughout Upstate New York and Western Massachusetts. This full-time role is ideal for a credentialed vascular technologist who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing scheduling needs, and takes pride in maintaining smooth day-to-day clinical operations.

This is a hands-on position that requires participation in the schedule 4–5 days per week and the flexibility to provide coverage when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Scheduling & Coverage
    Develop and manage staff schedules; provide coverage support when needed to ensure uninterrupted service.

  • Client Communication
    Maintain clear, professional communication with client contacts; proactively address service needs or concerns.

  • Team Support
    Help onboard, train, and support technologists and site leads; promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Operational Excellence
    Track site productivity, manage equipment use, and identify efficiency opportunities to support high-quality service.

  • Clinical Quality & Compliance
    Participate in quality assurance activities; support adherence to protocols and accreditation standards (e.g., IAC).

  • Travel
    Regular travel to regional client sites is required.

Requirements

Credential (Required):
  • RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist – ARDMS) or

  • RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist – CCI) or

  • RT(VS) (Registered Technologist – ARRT)

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3–5 years of healthcare operations experience

  • 2+ years of supervisory or clinical team experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills
