What We’re Looking for
We are currently seeking an exceptional Site Coordinator for a full time job opportunity in the Gardena, CA area.
The Site Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth administrative operations within our diagnostic sites. This individual will support the clinical team by handling patient scheduling, processing billing information, maintaining records, managing reports, and supporting site logistics. The role also involves frequent communication with referring physicians and collaboration with internal departments to maintain high standards of care and service.

Job Type:
Full Time, Day shift
Responsibilities Include:

Answering phone calls in a professional manner

Scheduling patient appointments
-
Accurately entering billing information and forwarding to the billing team

Preparing and distributing daily/monthly reports and final test results

Maintaining organized patient records and office supply inventory

Providing administrative support to medical and technical staff
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or GED (required)
-
1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare environment

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

Must be a reliable and team-oriented professional
Ability to commute/relocate:
Close to Gardena, CA – Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
